The weather never cleared up all day. We walked around Nanjing last night after our trip to Changshu, ate at McDonalds and then headed back to our hotel. There was beautiful music playing in the lobby when we got there. We took the picture of the tree because it is growing out of the roof.

WOW - what a post! I'm sure that it was both an extremely stressful / trying day - and yet at the same time one of the most satisfying and gratifying days of your trip. I remeber a couple of the nannies at the Yangchun SWI crying as they handed Huaxiong (now Braelyn) back to her mom...
So happy for you - ya'll really have no idea how much!
